These terms govern your use of Vima, an AI-powered career coaching service operated at vima.coach. By signing in and using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Vima.

What the service is

Vima is an AI career coaching tool that helps senior professionals in India with resume writing, interview preparation, offer negotiation strategy, and first 90 days planning. Outputs are generated by AI based on information you provide and publicly available research. Vima provides tools and information — it does not guarantee employment outcomes.

Subscription and payment

• Price: ₹1,799 for 60-day full access. This is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription.
• No auto-renewal: Your access expires after 60 days. There is no automatic charge. If you want to continue, you purchase a new access pass.
• Payment processing: Payments are processed by Razorpay. Vima does not store your card or bank details.
• Access: Your 60-day period begins from the date of successful payment confirmation.

Refund policy

If your output was not delivered — meaning you completed the flow but did not receive your resume, prep kit, or other promised deliverable — contact us at support@vima.coach within 7 days of payment. We will investigate and, if the non-delivery is confirmed, issue a full refund.

Refunds are not available for outputs that were delivered but did not meet your expectations. We encourage you to use the follow-up and iteration features before requesting a refund.

Acceptable use

Vima is for legitimate career coaching purposes only. You agree not to:

• Submit false information to generate fraudulent resumes or credentials
• Use Vima to assist with any illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service
• Share account access with others — access is personal and non-transferable

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.

Accuracy of outputs

Vima's outputs are AI-generated and based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs for accuracy before submitting them to employers. Vima does not fabricate credentials, but errors can occur — verify dates, titles, and metrics before use.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you provide (your resume, documents, information). The outputs Vima generates for you are yours to use. Vima retains no claim over your generated resumes or prep kits.

Limitation of liability

Vima is provided "as is." We are not liable for any employment outcomes, interview results, salary negotiations, or other consequences arising from the use of Vima's outputs. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the access pass.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Vima will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
